I cannot recommend R1 more highly! Raul and his team were so helpful as I tried to coordinate multiple airport shuttle trips across different day for my wedding guests. Raul organized the information for each day, established contact with the guests directly for day-of coordination, and was flexible in the moment as people changed their plans or flights were delayed. They were friendly and reliable, and just absolutely perfect for what we needed!

We had an outstanding experience with this car service while traveling out of state, and our driver, Raul, truly made the trip exceptional. Raul was punctual, professional, and incredibly courteous from start to finish. He greeted us with a smile, helped with our luggage, and made sure we were completely comfortable before we even left the pickup location.

The vehicle was spotless and very comfortable, and Raul drove smoothly and safely the entire time. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and shared helpful suggestions during the ride, which made the trip even more enjoyable. It’s clear he takes great pride in what he does and genuinely cares about providing excellent service.

When you’re traveling away from home, having someone dependable makes all the difference, and Raul absolutely delivered. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver or a better experience. I would highly recommend this car service and especially Raul to anyone looking for reliable, first-class transportation. Five stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🚗

Raul & R1 Mountain Transportation were great to work with from start to finish. I worked directly with Raul to book shuttles in advance for 18 ski club travelers to get between Copper and A-Basin for a day trip. He answered all of my questions; was super easy to communicate with; was very prompt; and a great driver. The shuttle was very comfortable. Highly recommend!
